Jim has lived in Colorado since 1996 and is a licensed Colorado Realtor and Employing Broker for Falcon Property Solutions. He specializes in real estate asset management. Jim Turner is a graduate of the US Air Force Academy and spent 21 years flying jets and leading military professionals. He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration, and he understands the needs of our civilian and military residents. Jim has chaired the Education Committee of the Colorado Springs Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers.

Tami has been a real estate investor since 1991. She specializes in providing property financial analysis and ensuring consistent quality through sound business processes. Tami spent over 25 years in the Air Force and Air Force Reserve, and she holds a Masters degree in Aeronautical Science.

Daimon is a native of Greenville, North Carolina. He graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Finance and worked as a loan and asset manager (including collections) for several years before moving to Colorado Springs. He is a licensed Realtor with and is an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and the Colorado Springs NARPM Chapter. He specializes in portfolio management, owner relations and contracting.

Sarah moved to Colorado Springs from Greenville, North Carolina in February 2007. She is a graduate of East Carolina University where she obtained a Marketing degree. She is a former mortgage originator, and is skilled in advertising and marketing, to include the use of YouTube, Facebook and many other media. She follows real estate marketing and home staging trends.

Debra Bramlett is a licensed Realtor and has over 25 years of experience in real estate and property management and is an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and the Colorado Springs NARPM Chapter. She specializes in portfolio management and knows the southwest Colorado Springs area intimately. She has worked extensively with military members.

Sherry Meier | s.meier@falconprops.com
Sherry joined FPS in January of 2012 when she moved to Colorado Springs from Michigan. There she attended Jackson Community College and Eastern Michigan University studying Business Management. A former Business Operations Manager and fitness instructor for 13 years, she has worked as an Executive Assistant for various companies, including commercial leasing.
